I would have given 5 stars, because your bouquets are wonderful, and they are the absolute best in Ottawa. However, once more, your delivery person was difficult. This time, refusing to deliver after five o'clock and putting my friend (who was at work) into an impossible situation, threatening her to leave the flowers in the lobby (despite my instructions specifically indicating not to do so - flowers have been stolen in the past). Fortunately, my friend was able to reach a neighbor who was at home. I just don’t understand this lack of flexibility when delivering flowers. If it continues, I will have to take my business elsewhere. I regret this, because you are by far the best florist in Ottawa.
